Product terminal application expansion: from the initial three-piece beverage cans, gradually extended to two-piece food cans, lunch box aluminum foil, various aluminum easy-pull lids, iron full-open lids, and easy-tear lids. Product usage is diversified: from traditional sheet coating to high-speed coil coating and spraying. Product base materials are diversified: including acrylic system, epoxy system, polyester system, PVC system, etc.
Our new factory is located in Foshan's exclusive fine chemical park, with standardized production management and in line with the nationally recognized Class B hazardous chemical production qualifications. The total investment in production equipment is as high as 20 million, and the annual production capacity can reach 10,000 tons. Multiple sets of production lines are set up according to product categories, and professional Class A and Class B chemical warehouses are equipped for warehousing and material turnover.
There are 50 employees, of which nearly 70% are technical R&D personnel. More than 10 professional testing equipments have been purchased to cooperate deeply with downstream customers in daily product testing and new product testing. Sales offices are set up in Sanshui, Foshan and Kunshan, Shanghai to serve the customer base in the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta.
